SYSTEM ENGINEER (m/f/x)

YOUR MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Support for existing customers: Analyzing problem reports, answering customer inquiries
• Participation in the planning and implementation of IT security solutions
• Independent handling of smaller customer projects
• Communicating with customers, partners and internal departments
• Holding training courses and supporting the sales department with technical issues
  
  

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Several years of experience in customer support and project management
• Basic understanding of common software components and their interaction for networks, firewalls, databases, web servers as well as container and cloud technologies
• Interest in cryptography and its practical applications (PKI, HSM, X.509 certificates) as well as interest in building up knowledge and specializing in this area
• Technical or information technology education (HTL, FH, TU or comparable)
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
