ÖRAK digital signature solution for lawyers.

PrimeSign GmbH, a member of the CRYPTAS Group, provides an online solution for legally compliant digital signatures, while POS Solutions GmbH offers its customers tailor-made solutions for this electronic process: a platform has now been developed for the Austrian Bar Association (ÖRAK) on which the signature process for contracts, declarations and other documents can be controlled independently of time and location, from the moment they are initiated to the receipt of all signatures.

Since 2016, PrimeSign GmbH has been operating its own eIDAS-certified Trust Center in Graz for qualified signatures and electronic signature processes, which are legally equivalent to handwritten signatures throughout the EU in accordance with the eIDAS Regulation. POS Solutions GmbH has been a pioneer in the field of electronic signatures and online authentication since 2009 and offers software technologies for online onboarding as well as photo and video ID procedures.

Digital signatures are now used in all areas of daily life, and it is impossible to imagine legal transactions without them, whereby the focus is always on uncomplicated usability. This is also the case with ÖRAK:

Every Austrian lawyer can easily and securely register for this application via the members' area on the ÖRAK website, choose between signature provider and pricing model, brand the areas visible to clients accordingly and get started. It is also possible to sign digital documents via the ÖRAK's confidential communication platform (without any media discontinuity).
