TASKS

• Connection between customers and internal departments, especially software development
• Contact person for customers
• Support with tasks and projects in the team
• Active participation in the successful implementation of projects
• Creation of documentation and ongoing reporting on project progress
  
  

• Completed technical education (Secondary Technical School, University of Applied Science, Technical University, or comparable)
• Experience with server operating systems (Linux and Microsoft Windows)
• Knowledge of relational database systems and web technologies
• Quick comprehension skills
• Strong communication skills, team spirit, and pleasure in working with customers
• Analytical, structured thinking and ability to work independently
• Written and spoken German and English
