PrimeSign GmbH develops and distributes products and services for electronic signatures and also operates an international, qualified trust center (eIDAS trust service). primesign is one of the leading manufacturers of online signature solutions for digitally signing electronic documents.

TASKS

• Technical and operational management of a software development team consisting of 5 - 7 employees
• Implementation of Scrum-oriented agile software development
• Responsible for the implementation and adherence to team goals
• Resource planning and prioritization of tasks in the team (together with project owners)
• Planning and controlling all defined processes
  
  

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Completed relevant studies (FH or university) or HTL with professional experience
• Sound knowledge of IT and project management in an agile environment or experience with agile development methods
• Leadership skills
• Enjoy communication and teamwork
• Coordination and organizational skills
• Analytical, structured thinking and an independent way of working
• Proficiency in written and spoken German and English

Monthly collective agreement gross minimum salary EUR 4,485 on a full-time basis (collective agreement IT: ST2/regular level); overpayment according to experience and qualifications.
